 作為世界最大孔位的帶索鞍的鋼絞線(xiàn)斜拉橋,斜拉索體系在斜拉橋中的作用不容忽視。主承包方為此采用了國(guó)內(nèi)預(yù)應(yīng)力行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)柳州歐維姆公司的矮塔斜拉橋單側(cè)雙向可換式抗滑結(jié)構(gòu)體系,該結(jié)構(gòu)體系具備鋼絞線(xiàn)單根可換功能。

 南昌朝陽(yáng)大橋?yàn)閱蝹€(gè)橋塔設(shè)置9對(duì)拉索,斜拉索采用單絲涂覆環(huán)氧涂層無(wú)粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線(xiàn),塔上錨固采用分絲管索鞍錨固方式,索鞍型號(hào)為8種規(guī)格,其中99孔位的拉索規(guī)格為目前世界上矮塔斜拉橋體系采用的最大孔位數(shù)的拉索體系。該橋按技術(shù)規(guī)范要求對(duì)塔上索鞍的抗滑錨固性能進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,歐維姆公司根據(jù)該橋結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),對(duì)相關(guān)抗滑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行節(jié)段模型試驗(yàn)研究,并邀請(qǐng)國(guó)家檢測(cè)中心的專(zhuān)業(yè)檢測(cè)人員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)后專(zhuān)業(yè)人員表示:歐維姆公司的矮塔斜拉橋單側(cè)雙向可換式抗滑結(jié)構(gòu)體系滿(mǎn)足國(guó)際規(guī)范中對(duì)索鞍處抗滑錨固性能的要求,達(dá)到國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平,給橋梁后期維護(hù)提供了可靠的技術(shù)方案。

 建成后南昌朝陽(yáng)大橋遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)望去,橫跨贛江,六個(gè)塔柱在斜拉索的襯托下如同一個(gè)個(gè)“合”字造型,寓意“帆合連進(jìn)”。多塔和單面拉索多樣組合,如同排列有序的一面面旗幟,象征著南昌人民齊頭并進(jìn)謀發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)了“一江兩岸”城區(qū)珠聯(lián)璧合的盛景。
